Processing invoices and issuing payments. This position is also responsible for aiding other areas within the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission Statement and Core Values of the Company. Check and approve all vouchers of payment including appropriate general ledger coding of the expenses and discounts. Maintain credit card accounts, vendors and accounts payable files, fixed asset files, accounts payable checks, as well as vendor relations. Research open items/payable issues with purchasing department for PPV/receiving issues. Analyze accounts and produce monthly reports. Assist with special project(s) as required and covers switchboard as needed.

Requirements:

Reads and reviews publications and consults with engineering, marketing, production, and sales to establish product lines.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission Statement and Core Values of the Company. Review data from concept design layout to determine material, labor, equipment, certification and other project requirement(s) to prepare itemized estimate list(s). Evaluate design ideas based on various factors (such as aesthetic, design-function relationship, serviceability, materials and methods engineering, application, budget, price, estimate, production cost, methods of production, market characteristics, and client specifications). Coordinate with vendors on special products and pricing for estimates in a timely manner. Document specific information for decision making regarding estimates to facilitate review by other personnel for quality assurance and pricing of the estimate. Integrate findings and concepts and sketches design ideas. Apply algebraic and geometric formulas and standard tool engineering data to develop tool configuration. Prepare illustrations. Coordinates preparation of working drawings from sketches and design specifications. Design products for customer applications. Estimates custom designs from customers. Supports sales department with technical needs.

Requirements:

Machine Operator

Supports the allG Manufacturing Team by operating machinery such as Lathes, Press Brakes, OBI Punch Presses, Drills, Saws, and other machinery.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission Statement and Core Values of the Company. Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order. Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures. Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift. Feed information akin to speed, shapes, and sizes through the machine set up box. Place parts in semi-automated machines. Calibrate machines at the beginning of each shift. Recalibrate machines at the end of each shift. Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running. Troubleshoot problems during machine operation. Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out. Perform random test to ensure accuracy, as well as safety checks.

Requirements:

Pass criminal background check and drug screen. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). 1-2 years' experience operating machinery in a manufacturing industry.

Welder

Supports the allG Manufacturing Team through MIG and TIG welding. Work based on production delivery dates.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission Statement and Core Values of the Company. Utilize fixtures for high volume parts and assemble parts per specifications on customs and low volume items. 90% of the work is MIG welding with .060" flux core wire and 75/25 gas mix. Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification. Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements. MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality. Follow, create, and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications. Set up welding cells for serial production runs. Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators. Assemble items as instructed by the floor supervisor. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Ability to pass an in-house IG weld test per AWS standards.

Requirements:

Pass criminal background check and drug screen. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). 1-2 years' welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication facility. Ability to pass an in-house IG weld test per AWS standards.
